Smoky Raw Mango Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
1 raw mango (kaccha aam)
2 tomatoes
5-6 garlic cloves
2 green chillies
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
Fresh coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Few curry leaves
Method
Step 1
Wash and chop raw mango and tomatoes.
Step 2
Add raw mango, tomatoes, garlic and green chillies to air fryer.
Step 3
Air fry until slightly roasted and smoky.
Step 4
Let everything cool slightly.
Step 5
Blend with salt, red chilli powder, coriander, mint and curry leaves.
Step 6
Serve fresh with paratha, pakoda, rice or snacks.
Tips
Add more mint for refreshing flavor.
For extra smoky taste, roast garlic properly.
Adjust chillies according to spice level.
